Plasma Pen Treatment

Plasma Pen treatment has been widely used in Europe for 15 years. Its most notable feature is that it utilizes the fourth state of matter.

The Plasma Pen transforms nitrogen and water vapor in the environment into a high-energy plasma state (sublimation), creating ions that influence the skin's surface, facilitating rapid healing. It does not harm the surrounding tissues; its impact is confined to the millimetric area targeted by the device.

The Plasma Pen vaporizes surface imperfections on the skin and activates the underlying structures by emitting heat, promoting skin freshness, collagen and elastin formation, skin rejuvenation, and revitalization.

The procedure achieves sublimation of the treated tissues (a direct transition from solid to gas) without direct contact with the skin, without transferring heat to other tissues. After the treatment, mild swelling may occur for 1-2 days, and the formed scabs typically peel off in 7-10 days, revealing pink epithelium underneath. It is essential to protect the skin from sunlight and artificial UV light until complete healing is achieved. Sunscreen should be used until the skin has fully recovered. The treatment is suitable for everyone without active infections or lesions in the treatment area. Usually, 1-3 sessions are sufficient.
